Context

Students are struggling to commit to a degree, with academic and career advising services falling short. With increasing investments in degrees yielding little beyond paper, the need for meaning in the educational experience is clear.

At the heart of this project is a desire to understand the complexities of an undergraduate's life and address the paralyzing effect that having 'too many choices' has on their journey toward self-discovery and purpose.

How can we empower students to navigate this maze and pursue a fulfilling life with clarity and intent?
It's time to fulfill education's promise.

  • Following the double-diamond design process, I conducted a series of user-interviews with my target demographic to deeply understand the many faces of the problem.


  • Through affinity mapping, I synthesized their motivations, behaviors, and pain-points into a set of parameters that outlined a clear opportunity for improvement.


  • Then, taking an iterative approach, I developed and tested my solution to ensure it effectively addressed my users' needs.
